Please review the Handbook below and sign and return the Handbook Acknowledgement and Permission Form to Mr. Kobito.
This form must be signed by the student and by a parent/guardian in TWO PLACES (once to acknowledge the handbook and again to provide permission for travel to away games, competitions, etc.). The acknowledgement and permission page is due on Monday, August 7.
